Eva Mendes replacing Naomi Watts as Mugler's new Angel

Move over, Naomi. Eva's in the house. According to WWD, Thierry Mugler has named Eva Mendes the new face of Angel perfume. She will replace Naomi Watts this fall.

Mendes is not new to the fragrance world. She was tapped by Calvin Klein in 2008 to be the face of its Secret Obsession perfume. The ad was racy, per usual for Calvin Klein, and selectively banned. (AP photo)

Mendes' exotic looks will represent the "explosive dimensions of the fragrance," according to a Mugler representative, which will change it up a bit from Watts' "angelic aspect." Don't worry, though, Watts didn't get snubbed. Mugler traditionally changes the face of Angel perfume every so often.
